vu uno just saying loading

hi can anyone help ,just got the uno all sats showing ,but logo screen just say loading ,can get epg and channel list ,but no pic or signal have a moterised dish ( which work s fine on my technomater 800hd ) ,dish will not move to any sats, dish set on usals like i said work fine on my technomate cheers for any help

Hi no it was a first install. have also noticed. the moter on the dish does not have the power light alight as said before technomate works fine on the dish
