Cross epg not updating

Cross epg is not updating it downloads each morning from deep standby but seems to have stopped updating. I have tried manually downloading but getting the same result, any ideas?

Ok now working from blue button but doesn't download when I go via the setup> epg then press the yellow button. It seems it does not switch to the radio!
