HDD initializing Problem

Hi Mates!

We're trying to initialize HDD (USB stick) with VIX image 2.0 for a new SOLOs, it finds HDD but can't complete continously.
Have tried with different memory sticks but same result.
My customer said there was no same problem with other boxes with same image.
Do you aware of this problem?
Do we have to try other images like VIX 2.3 or BH ?
But my customer prefer to use same image.

What i found about this problem is "solved the problem i flashed the Vu+ firmware and initialised the hard drive where everything worked coorectly. I recorded a programme for a minute or so then flashed Vix 2.0 again everything worked fine did not even have to initialise it again"

Is it correct or VIX2.3 solved this issue already?

Some people have encountered problems with certain makes of HDD and doing what you have done has fixed it.
