mgcamd key file

hi there im using latest vti image and trying to use mgcamd but ive notice
in the key file i have the following files
ignore list
mg_cfg
newcamd list
peer cfg
priority.list
replace.list
ive seen a post on the forum saying there should only be 2 files in there
mg_cfg & newcamd list
should i delete the rest
also when using mgcamd i notice not all the channels were clearing and i know the line should clear the channels
