flashed the box all sorted when i got to satfinder the snr is just flashing-o up to 17 any ideas whats causing it.the only thing i can think of.he has 2 feeds coming from dish.which sky fitted.thanks in advance

Check the f plugs to make sure fixed and inserted properly. Also try either feed in

tried both leads .still same.thanks.theres no cam on box.just flashed and tried.nothing added.only 28.2 on tuner

Check the signal level by connecting the lead to a standard sky box.

It will give you the quality and strength via the /system setup/signal test.

Also, is it a clone??

the sky box was on working ok when i switched it over.the box i got off sponsors

must add its a 1080p tv but got box set at 720p

You did power the boxes down before removing or attaching the coax ( feeds ) to or from the receivers ?.

yes set the box up.attached coax the box was pre flashed by sponsor.then plugged in

if i got to satfinder.then inversion.go from auto to off the snr shoots up to 75 per cent.go out of settings.the go back to.satfinder its dropped again

once the bouquets have been installed and the receiver has been rebooted try tuning into a FTA channel such as BBC News.

quick question i have box connected by hdmi lead.do i need scart lead as well thx

no its not needed to have both connected the hdmi will suffice.
