CCcam.info does not installed

i am a beginner and bought xtrend et5000 having vix image 2.2.1 .
i installed emu cccam2.2.1 from ts panel successfully but when i tried to install plugin cccam.info, it refused and give me this message:

in addition, when i go to the menu of VIX and open backup mgr. or emage mgr., i found this message:
there is some thing wrong in the device and need to be reformat.

CCcamInfo is pre-installed on ViX.

press blue button and it brings it up, if not showing go into the softcam menu and enable show in extensions
