Uno Black Screen

Hi,
Got my Uno today with VIX installed. Scanned in the channels and get over 1000 on 28E. Can hear the sound on all channels and I can get PIP but no main display picture via HDMI or phonos? I'm sure im doing something wrong but at a loss to discover what.
Any help, pointers very much appreciated. :)

press blue button and disable PIP.

Hi, Thanks for quick response. Disabling just leaves a black screen with sound. i can see the epg etc but no main picture?

Go to a free to air channel such as BBC1, is no joy, try rebooting the receiver. Hold down standby button on remote. Then on TV your will get power options, select restart.

Will try that after I've finished second reset and scan, thanks again will get back in a few minutes. :)
