Hello

With 2 lines in the box from different servers what criteria does it use to pick which line, if both decrypt the same channel?

As Grt stated, sometimes it will choose by lowest ping or it could choose lowest ecm time.

If a provider is better on one line than the other, you can block a provider on a line to stop it coming from the other if that makes sense.

ping time is the time needed to send a signal (request) from your device and receive a reply from the other end.

sometimes it is called "Round Trip Delay Time"

so better ping means lower time
