Help!!!

received my first vu+ duo today from site sponsor
I can't get output from HDMI, scart connection gives a green output on my TV, and no matter what video settings I tweak it still won't change. Tried reflashing latest Vix image via USB, still no output. I am totally underwhelmed with this to say the least, can anyone help please? Any suggestions.

Have you tried another HDMI lead and made sure its seated properly?

tried another lead in another port, all I have is a green tinted vix screen

have you gone into the menu, and made sure the unit is set up for HDMI?

ITS MENU, system, A/V settings, and look at VIDIO OUTPUT, it should be HDMI

Hi, have done that thanks, still no joy
Need to find whether this is hardware or software related, can I try a blackhole image instead of vix image???, is it just a case of usb in the front with the lastest blackhole files??

yes, you could also look at the BLACK POLE image, I use it here on one of my DUO,s
but I do not think this will sort your problem

purchased from here, received today, but am very disappointed in this problem. Had no HDMI output at all setup or post set up changing AV settings.

thanks folks unusually blackhole image worked, will give this image a go!!!!!

Sound like your A/V settings where wrong, factory reset or fresh re-flash would have most likely cured the issue.
