hello i wounder if there is any tool that can empty my flash on Vuo duo . so i cant flash from begining .

When you re-flash the flash automatically gets wiped.

I really have no idea why you would want to do that, but in telnet you could give the command

flash_erase /dev/mtd1 0 0
