upc direct card problem

Hi EVERYBODY

I got UPC Direct card from Slovakia and when I put in to Vu+ Duo... the receiver not see it at all... ???
I am very beginner.... I read a lot but I cannot find this any where....
I heard that I need to install some EMU... to get it work... if anyone know what I need to do to watch the channels...
I got VTI v4.1 installed but can change to anyone...

Just one more question how do you put the provider card in ... I mean do you put sim card up or down side... because in my old receiver it was sim card down side even on card says this side up...
I think in Vu+ you put card sim card up side....

Yes you will more than likely get a softcam to work, but may we wrong.

Card got bigining number starts from 415 so it says on UPC Direct web side it is the new encryption called

IRDETO ICE

which can mean...

ICE (Irdeto CryptoWorks Enveloped)

that says on the UPC Direct web side...

is there any soft cam which somebody tried???
