For some reason I cannot receive C4HD, yet I can receive all other channels and the Info Bar shows all the correct information, i.e. Program Details Start & Finish time etc. My settings are as follows 11126 MHz V 2200 QPSK 2/3. I have also tried several different settings without success. I have only had my box for a short time and still learning how to do the finer tweaks.

Any help in solving this problem would be appreciated. Thank you.

Should be 11126 V 22000 5/6 QPSK DVB-S.

It switched from DVB-S2 to DVB-S recently

Thanks very much Dave. I did manual tune using the setting you gave and is now working.

I had this problem too numerous times. Great advice given to me was to check out this thread (http://en.kingofsat.net/freqs.php?&pos=28.2E&standard=All&ordre=freq&filtre=Clear) whenever I loose channels, it always upto date !

I've got this problem as well but how did u change the tuning exactly?

I did a manual search with 11126 V 22000 5/6 QPSK DVB-S but got nothing back.

Here is how I did it

Menu\Setup\Service Search\Manaul Scan, in this window enter the frequency setting 11719, polarazation horizonal & modulation 3/4.

That's it best of luck :)

Hi guys

Depending on your location and dish you could also try jiggling the feq a tad like instead of 11719 try 11720 or 11718 which might pull in the signal a bit better, just a little trick from way back when things first started.

Otherwise do a full scan on 28east only if your able to pick up C4HD in your location then it should be found

Easiest way is just select a channel like BBC1 then do a manual search, single transponder, of that transponder with the search parameters set to "network" = yes.
