OPENBOX S9 HD - Where to start?

Hi all,

Just wondered if someone could help or point me in the right direction.

I have been given an openbox where the 12month subscription has finished. I have found a new source/server but dont have a clue where to start to update with the settings?

do i FTP them? upload from usb?

And i cant get me head around clines? cccams?

where do i start?
