New VU+ Uno, how long to load?

I bought a VU+ Uno, pre-flashed with the ViX image and plugged everything in, turned the power on and now I've been sitting here watching the loading screen for over ten minutes.

I'm assuming this is not normal.

What could be the problem - I'm sure this must have been pre-tested before being shipped!

Power the receiver down, then wait a few minutes and power it back up. Normal boot times average around the one to two minute mark, but every now and again it can take longer especially if other devices are connected and are being checked.
