VU+ DUO with VIX picture on some channels not showing correctly

Hi all

Just got a Duo deliverd yesterday and loving it so far however once i loaded my channels ive noticed that some are not showing correctly, mostly the music channels. They seem to not fill the screen with black bars above and to the sides, know they should have bit of black at top and bottom but they should stretch fully to the sides. Have i missed a setting or something as i have tried a few things but cannot seem to get it right. Did do a search on forums and google but couldnt find anything.

Menu / Setup / System / AV Settings

Set Display 4:3 content as Just Scale
Same for 16:9 if needs be.

Could be the TV setting which make and model is it ?
Also try this on your vu: menu>setup>system>AVsettings
Display 4:3 ----- Just Scale
Display 16:9 ----- Letterbox.

Could also be the transmission as some HD 16:9 content is transmitted as 4:3 with black vertical bars as part of the actual video

try menu/setup/system/av settings/display 4:3 content as :

I can't remember the correct one, just try whilst watching one of the affected channels and can see it change as you try the different settings

I feel stupid now, just scan for 4:3 stuff worked fine, thought i had tried that as well :)
