transfer recorded footage off vu solo to dvd

Ive recorded a movie onto my vu solo ext hard drive can i burn this to dvd ?

use filezilla to connect to your HDD on the solo and pull it across to your pc desktop and burn it to dvd:thumbsup:

Can i just unplug usb hard drive and plug to my computer would that be more easy ?

You will need software on your PC to recognize the linux partitioning of your HDD. I assume you formatted on the box to ext 3/4

ye set to ext 3 what happens if i choose ext 4
