need new reciever !

i wish i had done a lot more research concerning my first receiver , i stupidly went with a tm800hd and in all honesty it is without doubt the worst piece of tech i have ever bought.
cant stand it , barely lets em watch hd channels without stuttering and then going out of sync . soon as i load a epg on there it goes tits up and fails too update them.
as for ccam well i totally given up on that for time being.
i thought at one point i had it working nicely but two days later it all went down hill for the hundredth time.
so i am getting well rid of it .

now i need to have hd
recording would be nice
dont need dual tuners !
need it to be able to run ccam
and epg for multi sats would be nice.

recommendatory please , i have considered the Vu+ solo is this a good choice ? ?

As single tuners go, in this order ET5K, VU SOLO, ET6K or VU Uno being the best of the bunch in my view. I have the first two and cant fault either one. For bangs for bucks than I would say the SOLO is the best one at the moment.

yeah the solo i think i will go for . how easy is it to get ccam on the Vu+ solo ? ?
