ViX 2.2.1 loading

I installed this this morning but it won't progress past the loading page. Everything seemed fine, tuners set up and scanned, network settings ok, channel listing transferred, cccam 2.2.1 and .cfg installed but it's stuck on loading.

How long should this normally take?

On screen. I have left it on all day while I was at work but it is still on the loading screen.

what happens if you press the menu button or the channels up / down buttons ?.

Nothing happens. I have re-flashed with ViX 2.2.1 again. Network set up, channel lists transferred, tuners set up and now scanning.

On a side note, will a service scan still run in the background if I exit that menu?

No it wont.

Thanks. I have the box up and running again after the re-flash. Bit of a difference from ViX 1.1 might I add.

I've had a couple of crashes which never happened before on ViX 1.1 They always occur when I'm looking at the channel info (pressing OK when watching a channel) then moving left or right to check other channels, while watching the original. There are crash logs saved to the hdd but what to do with them?

To be honest we no longer maintain or update ViX 2.2.1 so those crashlogs are no longer of much use to us. try updating to 2.3 but remember you will need to update the bootloader first before the image.
