moto fine tuning

hi wonder if someone can help me i am looking at fine tuning my dish when i go to positioner setup and spep west twise my signal goes from 86 to 93 just wondering how i can keep it at that , my tuner config is set on ;

simple
positinor
long - 002.100
west
lat - 053.200
north

[Sicilian]

You need to increase/decrease your longitude, cant remember which. Try both ways then switch to different satellites.
