Found a media player fix!

Just a quick one as I am on my iPhone. On the duo I had big issues when trying to play both MLB and avi files that I had copied over to the vu.

This morning when I turned the box on it wouldn't boot so I formatted with open pli (this forums version) I installed a skin and now the media files on the drive all play amazingly, before they appeard to stutter. Could this be skin related???

Skin I have installed is vali hds picons

I think your onto something if media player fails to play. I change the skin without rebooting and it plays. IF I reboot it stops playing again. change the skin and it plays. Doesnt matter what skin just changing it.

humm, that sounds very wierd
the only thing lacking in vu+ is the mediaplayer capabilities!

i have to try this "tip"
