remote access to 500s

hi all

my friend has a dreambox 500s an has no way of updating the channel list, can anyone tell me if i can o it remotely and save me the hass le of going to his with my computer?

if i can how?

I think you can access his pc via messenger and he can give you remote access to his pc.

That way you can access his Dm over the network and update the channel list using dbedit.

I'm sure there are other ways, this is just a suggestion which I've not tried but, presume may work.

you could try teamviewer works well for me when i have to sort daughters laptop out lol

Edit: Just got it from the app store on my iPhone. It seems a nifty piece of software. There was me giving advice of a stone age solution. 

Ps. I have to install it on all pc's required and they will have their own ID and will be accessible on another via that??
