Tune Failed

Ok so i keep getting tune failed on my VU+ Duo on 2.3

I'll be watching TV then all of a sudden says tune failed and i have to reboot the box before i can watch any channels.

Any idea to whats going on here?

I have tried rebooting - fixes it for a while.

Done a complete rescan of channels + update - same problem

complete rebuild of box new fresh img + fresh update - TV works but still now and again get tune failed

To me it looks like it could be tuner card in box is dead, dish is dead/issue, weather (doubt it).

Im based in the UK.

As i say its not ALL the time now and again say it happens at least once every 2 days.

its driving me mad.

When you re-scan always set clear before scan to yes. It wont affect the bouquets.

I'd defo check your LNB, alignement and coax.

as i said i dont a CLEAN setup including a clean scan, still same issue.

Have you or an engineer with a meter checked your alignment, LNB, coax etc...?
