Guys what PC systems are you running, Specs ECT.

I will kick this off with my setup.

Operating system: Windows 7 64Bit
Motherboard: ASUS Rampage II Extreme
CPU: Stock cooled 980x Gulftown
Memory: 12GB Corsair 2200 CAS 8
GFX Card: Single XFX 295
Power Supply: Corsair TX950W
Storage: 2 x Western Digital 2.0TB WD20EDS, 3 x Hitachi Deskstar 500GB
1 x Sony Blueray DVD Rom-RW, 1 x LITE ON DVD-RW

I tend to use it for crunching, decoding, plus quite a few XL docs, when I have time I use it to play a few games and use of media, it is also networked between the children's pc's, TV and the VuDuo

Would be great to hear what sort of rigs/setups you are using, plus what you use them for?

Used to beef up my pc every 6 months or so to get the best spec... But thought to myself that I'm not using it enough to really warrant the update. Now, I just have a macbook pro that I use most of the time (older refresh 15" 2.53ghz C2D with upgraded 500gb hdd). Use this most of the time, but also have my work laptop of a C2D T2300 (or something with a similar name) for when I need to use windows stuff that crossover can't handle :p

Seem to find that I use it mainly for web surfing, newsgroup downloads, video coding/edititing, coding, working on vu duo/dm500 clone, remote connection to work pcs and a few other things...
