Tuner Failed

sorry for another tuner thread but have searched and not found my answer
i have tuner A set as advanced and is working fine moving dish etc, so lets say my dish is on 19e using v-box and actuator. with this i have a seperate dish set on 28e which is a standard sly dish and this is set on tuner B which i have set to simple any ideas why i get tuner failed on 28e

Have you scanned 28.2? or have you transferred settings/bouuqets?

Also go to Menu > Setup > System > Customise > Set tuner priority to Tuner B.

changed priority to tuner b but still same
when i first setup the et9200 i did a scan then i put 28e settings from silverfox but since i have used catseye settings , is that a plugin you used for the screenshot as im sure that would be usefull
maybe i should do a factory reset and start again

Try to doing a reboot first. Could be to do with your settings transfers.

p have done a restart enigma but now in process of full reboot, when box says restart required does this mean a full reboot or just restart enigma

still same after full reboot, comes up tuner failed and disapears instantly not with the 4 second warning

Check the coax going to tuner B, maybe try setting Tuner A to simple, single etc.. and put the coax on B to A.
