cant back up image

hi - just got my vu+solo, set it all up, with bh1.7.2 image, got evrything the way i want...how do you back up the image to a usb stick ?...you cannot download the script from the blackhole server because there is none...???? you cant do it from the main menu, obviously cos there is no where to store the backup, so how do i back up the image ?..ta

thought that version of black hole came with a backup image util?
press menu - is there a full backup option?
may be its only on the black hole Duo?
