S*y Ge**any Sport select and Lip sync

Hi Guys, Me again. Slowly getting sorted with this beast of a machine now.
Two more questions please.
For S*y Ger sport select where you would hold down the green button for game choice on the dreambox, can we do this on the VU+?
I have also downloaded the lip sync plugin. How do I use that please?
