View Full Version : [VU+ Duo] Cant record anything

anything i record just doesnt record, the screen goes black and the rec flashes red , but when i goto playback the screen stays black and the timer at the bottom instead of saying say 23.45 of the recorded 67.34 it says 234.21 and at the end it says 1762.34 for example.

can anyone please shed any light on this prob?

where is the recording getting saved too ? is it hdd?how are you accessing your recording? can you timeshift?

they are getting saved to my internal HDD at hdd/movie

i am watching them on the box, yes i can time shift and i can also press the record button on a show and that records fine

is there a time when you just think F**K IT?? and just turn off a box that you paid £319 for and watch free view as i am totally peed off now with this box and cant be bothered any more

LOL thats the beauty of linux boxes. always something to make you scratch you head.

this is a long shot and it may not even work but try installing the latest version of the PTS plugin and try again. on my boxes i regularly make recordings and never had any problems.
