Setting up remote with the VU+ Solo?

Okay I just got the box, connected it up, put batteries in remote and I have to set up remote with the box?
Theres a piece of paper with some instruction for RCU set-up. I have to enter a 4 digit code found in the manual, which there isnt any page for it,
Can someone please help out here, Im stuck on the wizard menu going nuts.

Read the back cover of the manual, you need to set the remote to Duo/Solo mode. Follow the instructions.

That worked, now what are the TV codes for setting up the box with your TV, it says refer to user manual but theres nothing there :S

Thanks Rob, this should be stickied me thinks, it will help lot new people out using the Solo box as the manual does not have the TV code list.
