Encountered this issue last night when I switched the unit on to catch the news and am wondering if its a OS problem or something worse :(
Two programs, using tuners A & B, were currently recording, so with the third it shouldn't have been a problem. However, I received an on screen message informing me that the tuning had failed when switched on. I waited until the first of the programs had completed, releasing tuner B, which quite happily operated. Then tuner A operated fine when its program completed.
What has me confused, is that at a previous time, I was watching on tuner A, with tuner B & C recording in the background.
Does anyone have an experience of this, or do I need to make a change to the VIX settings?
Cheers
