Dreamboxedit unable to reload settings

I use Dreamboxedit 5.0.0.3 to update the settings on my ET9000 running Vix 2.3 build 204

Dreaboxedit has a facility to reload the settings after they have been downloaded but this no longer works.

The Dreamboxedit log file shows "Socket error # 10061 Connection refused". Why might this be?

Have you chosen enigma 2 as setting and correct username, password and port?

Either change the port in dreambox edit or in webif on the box.
The default port is now 8088
