Updated box and stays in STARTING mode

i have two vu+duo boxes, my new one had the VIX 2.3 image on it but my older box had the old image on so i updated today, used the usb stick as usual, flashed with the bootloder first then the image, flashed up to remove and reboot...now the box just stays with starting on the front..any help would be appreciated

I have just turned off and redone the flashing process and its worked so ignore the above thanks
