VU+ Playback Issue

I am up to date with VU+ Duo software but when I am recording a channel and then start to playback one that has already been recorded the box crashes and goes into e-boot mode.

Any ideas?

Have you done the latest updates?

Can you post up the crash logs.

have done the updates I dont get a crash log it just starts to re-boot automatically, very annoying because the programme being recorded is then stopped

Is the HDD initialized correctly? Is the HDD mounted correctly? Is there free space on the HDD? Are the recording paths set correctly?

That is an indication of a memory problem.
Could tou tell me the size of the file epg.dat?
And could you telnet the command

df -h
And post the report?
