I've had the box a week and am finding lots to fiddle with.

I've 10+ years experience of tinkering with Linux so it all looks pretty familiar under the hood, which is great.
I joined up here so that I could find how to take the box from being a Freesat PVR to the next level.

Looks like you're enjoying your stay so far... Will always be lots of help here when you need it. But from some of the things you want to do, might be best to use google are your friend, as rules permit certain things...
