TM600 Cannot record with a sandisk 16gb

Could someone please help

I have a tm600 with ccam image on but unable to record error message
error "Recording failed due to in-accessible storage" the disk is formatted and works good on my windows 7 any help will be appreciated

You need to initialize USB stick using the TM600.

How do i do that mate thanks, i have tried formatting with the box as weel
