i wish to go back to vix 2.2 could someone point me to bootload for that version please

Bad news, you can't load an older bootloader am afraid, your gonna have to stick with the image 2.3 or above.

There is info on how to load older image on a new bootloader BUT you could screw your box, so not worth the risk.
