epg problem

hi guys girls
Can someone clear this up for me i followed the sticky how to do the epg which worked a treat
does this have to be done each week as i have now lost all my sky epg tryed doing the same but cant seem to get it all back on what am i doing wrong thanks Paul

What does it say about the last time it downloaded in the info page?

Might be worth trying a manual download.

hi stanman i have tryed doing a manual download well i think i have pressed the blue button then epg download which takes about 2 mins

If it downloads fine manually than check you have the settings correctly done. The EPG should update each day and keep the box 7 days updated.
