iPhone, ViX and VU+ Duo

Can anybodies recommend a remote app? I was using the dreambox one, but seems to have stopped working since the last DUO ViX update :(

Which dreambox one? I use Dreamote, dreambox live and vu+ remote all available from app store and work great

I was using DreamOn but can't get it working with the latest VIX update. I have been having a lot network trouble with the new image tho, I must be going wrong somewhere :eek:

PS I can't find VU+ Remote on app store? Could you send me a link to it please? :)

just type in vu+ and its there vu+player

sorry i meant DreamOn not vu+ remote lol i renamed DreamOn on my phone to vu+ remote for some reason hence the confusion. but i use it daily and it works a treat. post up ur settings here (hiding the obvious details) and ill take a look. also are you trying to connect remotely or via your internal network?

Thanks mate... I have set it up the way I always set it up ... set the IP on my VU 192.168.x.y and same into the DreamOn settings 192.168.x.y ... set to enigma 2 and I use to just use the anonymous login (but have tried both this time and still doesnt work)???

I am using the very latest ViX images ... never had any trouble before :eek:

Hmm the only thing i can think of, what is your http port set to? As with the new openwebinterface the http port is 8088 i think

Go into menu>plugins>openwebif and change port to 00080 save and reboot.
