Do not post invoice details from our sponsor.

I would re-flash the unit with latest image, how to flash via USB http://www.world-of-satellite.com/showthread.php?6938-How-to-USB-flash-TM800-HD

Hi

Spoke to soon the fault has returned.
I have tried flashing the box with latest image.
I formatted the USB to Fat 32 and loaded the new image.
Unfortunately the box cannot read the USB.
Any more sugestions welcome.

Please explain what is happening when you try to re-flash the receiver.

What happens at each stage?

1. Format a USB stick FAT32.
2. Download image from here http://www.world-of-satellite.com/fo...-800-HD-images (http://www.world-of-satellite.com/forumdisplay.php?110-Technomate-TM-800-HD-images)
3. Extract image to root of the USB stick and rename to TM800_update.bin
4. Power off TM-800 and connect USB stick to front or rear USB port.
5. Power on using rear power switch and REPEATEDLY press the Standby button front of the receiver.
6. When miniroot shows stop pressing standby button.
7. When IP shows press menu and the you will see the progress of the flash on the front screen. When finished the receiver will automatically reboot.

Can you please explain which stage isn't working?

For instance when you power on with the USB stick connected to USB port and power on whilsed repeatedly pressing standby button far left are you getting Miniroot appear on screen?

You need to give info as to what is not working.

1/receiver off
2/connect usb stick {tm 800-update.bin} this is the file in usb stick
3/power receiver on from rear switch on whilest repeatedly pressing SMALL blacK standby button
4/It just goes to the tecnomate logo.
I have done this at least 100 times.

Read the instructions carefully. If the receiver is going straight to Techomate logo on front screen you are NOT following instructions.

Hi

Have you tried a different USB stick? Also do not repeatedly press the standby button too fast, slowly repeating is normaly enough.
