BBC not working unless i reboot ???

hello Guys
I'm having trouble with all BBC channels if I'm on Sly and change to BBC1 it says "tune failed" but if I reboot the VU+ solo it works and my signal is 99% if I change to another channel and back it fails again reading on other posts it says do a rescan of channels to fix this. When i did it my box only found 400 odd channels when it should be 1000 odd any help would be appreciated

Post your scan settings.

Have you checked your dish/lnb for alignement?

no could this be the problem? because i got 99% i thought it must be correct but i'll check it in the morning
