can you set your xtrend box to see pc on network

hi there just wondering if you can stream from pc to xtrend like music etc also when to go into search network why does it not recongise or see other devices on the same lan do you need to change any settings sorry if been basic thanks

you can add yr windows network to vix by adding the ip manually into network mounts manager
