help requring external hardrive for et5000

hi there on about purchasing an exernal hardrive to get full use of the box any info or suggestions would be helpful thanks

I'd tend to purchase a external USB drive with its own PSU save drawing power from the receiver. Although a 2.5" self powered should be fine.

is there a certain spec needed to work on an xtrend et5000 or will any usb external drive do thanks

Most will do, you would have to be pretty unlucky to find one that was not but why not scour the net and when you find one post make/model up here to see in case anyone may have had issues.
