vu+duo box boot up problem

i have flash box with vti image and i am using usb stick on back side for epg purpose. i have successfully mount the usb as /media/usb then i done also all the setting of crossepg.but when i restart the box it show reading usb and thats it.
i removed the usb and it boot up very nice but with usb stick in it show this issue.

can some one please help me to sort this out.thanks

Have you removed the image files from the USB, I think not. Delete the folder VUDuo from the root of the usb stick.

yes mate i have removed the vu folder from it instead i formate the usb also and this happend so many time that when box restart the a lot of time it just show starting and thats it then phisically you have to restart from back switch.
but now if i remove usb it boot up but with usb it shaow starting then showing reading usb.
