tune failed

Seem to be having an issue and im thinking its a failed lnb maybe, cant get certain channels fine, ch4hd, nat geo hd,history hd,syfy hd all fine but channels like sky sports,sky sports news, also say tune failed, any ideas, box has been rebooted.

Get that every so often when moving the dish about. All comes on after a few seconds normally though.

I rebooted it 3 times, then on the 4th it made a difference. Weird, working now fine anyway.

check your signal strength on these channels and also check satfinder under menu->setup-> service searching. You should have 90% signal strength. I suspect your dish is right on the edge of receiving channels and likely you will need to swivel slightly or change lnb elevation slightly

seen this happen on other boxes,so try this get your new frequency from kingofsats and input new settings in and do a manual scan to pick up channel,more likely its a new frequency that box does not know so does not scan it in auto scan.:eek::thumbsup:

Hello guys my vi solo does this all the time recently but when i reboot it it works if i change channel and then back it fails any ideas ?
