Brought originally from the site sponsor my duo twin tuner box, so no cheap nasty fake rubbish as it comes with original white remote as one of the first duo's out.
Running currently lastest kernal and 2.3 vix.
Comes with original remote, box itself lol, power lead and will throw hdmi cable as the box is now only used for fta, so an exspensive box just for freeview, pointless really.
I have original box, manual also which it will come in.
The box is in excellent condition bar the few marks on lid as i stupidly put one of those fan stands on top for my 360 as had no other place in my unit at time.
This is only thing that stops it being basically looking new.
I used flash on camera to show them up more as they are small marks.
Also thou not massive but an added extra 160gb sata hard drive which more than enough space for your recordings.

£210 plus buyer pays paypal fees on top plus
£15 Next day courier delivery

Or you can of course collect from manchester area, cash only £210

No need for the very very wording, your making it sound as thou it an antique.
The box is in very good condition in and out, even the turn knob i have never used.

for me it was a whim offer i wont go anymore as i was gonan but it for the collection rather than needing it

but if truth be told im a bit unsure of its age 13 months seems a bit odd to me

i brough a version 2.3 DUO with black remote in begining October 2010 now thats 14 months ago which i sold to JCM193 so it dont add up

release of teh duo when white remotes where being shipped was around April 2010

What do you want me to do, buy a 2nd hand black remote and cast it off as only 6 month old lol.
I have nothing to hide, "so much for honesty" but seem to me your upset that i refused your offer maybe.
If your not interested that is fine, but i am finding your replies abit intrusive and offensive.
I don't question anyone's sales here or anywhere, as none of my buisness if i am not purchasing it

but for me to offer the full asking price i would have like the box to be about a year or so hence my interigation as to its age

What part of Manc you in as if can wait until weekend might even be able to arrange collection but obviously free to deal with others if you want.

Need to speak to my Nephew as he goes there often and has mates who may come down as well so be better all round.

Just to help clear up the remote thing.

The box I bought last week from another member on here, is a v2.3 and came with a white remote also.

the white remote issue is a red herring, in that "Foxylady" is a well respected person, well known on a few forums,

as far as the remote goes, it does the job expected
and the age of the unit was disclosed

Just to confirm for others reading and asking, i never bothered about it before, as i bought box for it's purpose, but i have removed hard drive as agreed by both i and stanman and can confirm a revision 2.3 if it means anything.
Whilst on that, exactly what does it mean?

something to do with hardware bugs

they perfected it in 2.3 version and hence why it is still the current version

but with that said the other versions never really been an issue as such

Only problem was unable to record from deep standby if I remember correctly... As said, was fixed with 2.3...
