Satellite and freeview viewers will be able to watch more live sport than usual on the weekend of the 3rd, 4th and 5th of February after sports channel ESPN announced they will be offering free access to their channel throughout that weekend.
The initiative, sponsored by Nokia Lumia, kicks off at 6:00am on Friday February 3rd and will make ESPN and ESPN HD available for free to all Sky, TopUp TV and BT Vision subscribers in the UK and Ireland.
Viewers with Freeview will also have free access to the channels, meaning over 20million households will be able to enjoy even more sporting action that weekend.
Fans of the NBA will be able to watch live and exclusive coverage of their Friday night clash as the New York Knicks travel to the Boston Celtics.
There's live Serie A and Bundesliga action too, with FC Nuremburg vs Borussia Dortmund on Friday night, AS Roma vs Inter Milan on Saturday and a trio of Italian games on Sunday, headlined by AC Milan vs Napoli, and FC Kaiserslautern vs FC Cologne from Germany.
The early hours of Sunday morning will also feature the drama and excitement of a fight night in Las Vegas, as Nick Diaz takes on Carlos Condit for the interim UFC welterweight title at UFC 143.
Throw in the ATP World Tour 250 event in Montpellier and there's plenty of sporting action to get your teeth into.
