What skin supports Second info bar, and pls i need a plugin to show The signal bar on tv, am trying
to align a satellite and i need the signal bars, am using VTI img, ty.

If you go to Service Searching do you see "Positioner Setup"?

If not install the plugin Positioner Setup from addons/plugins feed.
