Vu+ Duo remote control - blue button favourites

Hi all,

I've read some posts where it says that pressing the blue button on the remote control will bring up the favourites list. On my box pressing the blue button brings up a box that says "please choose an extension".

How can I get my blue button to show my favourites?

Press ok or downward arrow on remote then blue button m8.
