vuplus duo software error

I am getting a green screen with software error message but when i turn off and turn back on error message is still there.
Can anybody help? Please.

What does the error message say and can you boot into the box or FTP to it?
If so cam you post the crash log in HDD.

Also what image are you using ? as with ViX 2.3 you would be getting a black screen not a green one, so your either using a earlier version image or a image from a different team. This is information that will help us to help you.
