the downloads panel, I take it that you mean either blue button/vix/and then an array of options, like software update, ( which you should use )

or menu/system/for example EPG, once set up, you can download for example, the rytec settings

or menu plugins, /select download plugins, within the download options, are for example, "SETTINGS" this allows the downloading of channel listings

i think he means the plugin feeds

they are the section where you can download plugins and device drivers and skins
