missing listings

i have cool tv guide installed and it shows some channels but not others
in sources i have uk xmltv selected .
i have seen it update .
but loads of channels are missing data.

any ideas what i am doing wrong ? ?

Also if you are on VIX, why not try crossepg and opentv?
